We’re growing our creative team and looking for a passionate WordPress designer who understands the power of clean design, smooth UX, and pixel-perfect detail.
As a WordPress Designer at DevTheme, your role will focus on creating stunning, user-centric designs that will be turned into premium themes and templates for our global customer base. You’ll collaborate with developers and content teams to bring visually engaging concepts to life.
Design clean, modern, and responsive WordPress theme layouts
Use Figma or similar tools to create wireframes, UI kits, and prototypes
Collaborate with developers to ensure design accuracy in theme development
Follow best practices for WordPress design, accessibility, and mobile usability
Stay updated with WordPress design trends, plugins, and performance techniques
Optimize designs for speed, SEO, and usability
Strong grasp of WordPress theme design and user experience principles
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
Experience designing for Elementor, Gutenberg, or custom theme layouts
Solid understanding of responsive design and mobile-first principles
Ability to think creatively and turn abstract ideas into polished designs
Portfolio of previous WordPress or UI/UX design work is a must
Experience with WooCommerce design
Knowledge of HTML/CSS (even basic understanding is helpful)
Previous theme marketplace experience (e.g., ThemeForest, TemplateMonster)
Familiarity with DevTheme’s design style or product range
Work on premium digital products used by thousands of customers
